Hey, just a heads up: it kinda looks like mouse droppings in your picture. You might want to get some steel wool or expanding foam or something to seal that gap near the wall. Otherwise A & Z might have some new playmates to keep them busy.
Rat or mice or fruit flies…sealent would be a good idea…after I find out if the outlet is doing ok. I think they’ve been chasing critters for years
